Use Your Gifts for God’s Glory

We believe God designed every person with unique gifts, passions, and abilities to be used for His glory and the building up of His Church—not just those in full-time ministry. At Summit, ministry happens because ordinary people faithfully say “yes” to serving. From teaching kids and leading students to greeting guests, serving coffee, helping with production, directing traffic, and so much more—it truly takes a team to create the welcoming, life-giving environment we love each week.
There are so many meaningful and exciting ways to get connected and make an impact both on Sundays and throughout the week. We would love to help you find a place to use your gifts and be part of what God is doing at Summit!

Areas of Service

Guest Services

Do you love meeting new people, creating welcoming environments, and helping others feel at home? The Guest Services Team plays a huge role in helping people experience the love of Jesus from the moment they pull into the parking lot.

Whether it’s greeting guests with a smile, answering questions, helping families get kids checked into Basecamp, serving coffee, or helping people get connected at Summit, this team helps create a warm and welcoming experience each Sunday.

If you enjoy hospitality, making people feel seen, and helping others take their next step, Guest Services may be the perfect place for you to serve!

Worship Arts

Be a part of creating an environment that helps people encounter and experience God each week at Summit.

Our Tech & Worship Arts Team helps lead the way in worship, creativity, and production by using their gifts both on and off the stage. Whether through music, audio/visual production, lighting, photography, video, or behind-the-scenes support, every role plays an important part in helping communicate the Gospel clearly and create a distraction-free environment for worship.

We are always looking for musicians, vocalists, photographers, videographers, and people interested in serving in production or A/V—even if you’re still learning! If you have a heart to serve, a willingness to grow, and a desire to use your gifts for God’s glory, we’d love to help you find your place on the team.

Peak Cafe

Specialty coffee drinks, fresh baked goods, and all things delicious—our Peak Cafe Team helps create a warm, welcoming environment where community happens naturally each Sunday morning.

If you choose to serve in the cafe, you’ll have the opportunity to train as a barista, run the register, or brew coffee for the cafe each week. It’s a fun and practical way to meet new people at Summit and help guests feel comfortable and connected from the moment they walk through the doors.

We know coffee isn’t the most important part of church—but sharing a great cup of coffee is a simple and meaningful way to build relationships, create conversation, and help people feel at home before entering into worship.

Basecamp  (Birth-4th Grade)

Invest in the next generation by serving on our Basecamp Team! Basecamp is one of the most important ministries at Summit, serving children from Birth–4th grade each week in a safe, fun, and Gospel-centered environment.  This team has the incredible opportunity to help kids know they are loved, valued, and created by God while teaching them foundational biblical truth in engaging and age-appropriate ways.

Whether you’re rocking babies, leading a small group, checking families in, helping with activities, or simply showing up with consistency and kindness, your impact matters more than you know. Many times, the relationships and truths built during childhood become the foundation of a lifelong faith.

This ministry is so needed and so important—and we would love for you to be part of helping raise up the next generation for the glory of God! Help our little ones learn what it means to Gather, Grow, Give, and Go for the Glory of God.

Ridge 56 (5th & 6th Grade)

Summit Students (6th – 12th Grade)

Ridge 56 is our ministry for 5th and 6th graders—a unique and incredibly important stage of life where students are no longer little kids, but not quite teenagers yet.

This is often the season where faith starts becoming personal and real, which is why strong biblical teaching, intentional relationships, and consistent discipleship matter so much. Ridge 56 helps bridge the gap between Basecamp and Student Ministry by creating a space where preteens can ask questions, build friendships, grow in their understanding of God’s Word, and begin taking ownership of their faith.

As a Ridge 56 leader, you have the opportunity to encourage, invest in, and help prepare students for deeper discipleship as they enter Student Ministry in 7th grade and beyond.

If you have a heart for the next generation and want to help shape students during such a foundational season of life, we would love for you to be part of the Ridge 56 Team!
Invest in the next generation during one of the most important seasons of their lives by serving with Summit Students, our ministry for 7th–12th grade students.

Middle school and high school are foundational years in a student’s discipleship journey. It’s often during this season that faith begins to truly become their own as they wrestle with identity, truth, purpose, relationships, and the direction of their future.

Summit Students exists to help students build real connections, grow in their relationship with Jesus, and be grounded in biblical truth that they will carry with them into adulthood—as future leaders, spouses, parents, coworkers, and wherever God ultimately calls them.

Whether through leading small groups, building relationships, creating a welcoming environment, or simply showing up consistently in their lives, serving on this team gives you the opportunity to make a lasting impact during a critical stage of spiritual formation. If you have a heart for students and a desire to help raise up the next generation to follow Jesus boldly, we would love for you to be part of the Summit Students Team!
